We do not carry out moving, transport or assembly work ourselves. The partner identified by its full name and address before you place a binding order provides its own quote, contracts directly with you, performs the agreed work and issues the invoice. You pay that business directly. We remain responsible for our own referral and data-protection obligations.

Is the enquiry a booking?

A performance contract is concluded only directly with the previously identified partner through its own offer and acceptance process. Our enquiry does not reserve a date or trigger payment for the work.

Who issues the invoice?

Who is responsible for damage?

Address claims about the performed work directly to your contractual partner. Our own statutory responsibility for referral and data protection remains unaffected. Contacting only us does not automatically preserve deadlines against the partner.
