XXX XXXX is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
Direct resolution
First send complaints with the offer/order number, facts and requested solution to info.umzughilfen@gmail.com. umzughilfen.de coordinates the response even where a subcontractor performed the work.
After a dispute arises
If a consumer-contract dispute cannot be resolved, the consumer receives the information required by section 37 VSBG in text form. The former EU online-dispute-resolution platform is not linked because it has been discontinued.
