Record the damage, time, affected items and available evidence and notify your contractual partner without delay. Notice and limitation periods may depend on the contract and applicable law. A report only to umzughilfen.de does not replace timely notice to the partner.
Address claims about the performed work directly to your contractual partner. Our own statutory responsibility for referral and data protection remains unaffected. Contacting only us does not automatically preserve deadlines against the partner.
