umzughilfen.de is Alona Yanchenko’s marketing and referral service. We receive enquiries and connect customers with independent partner businesses. We do not carry out moving, transport or assembly work ourselves. The partner identified by its full name and address before you place a binding order provides its own quote, contracts directly with you, performs the agreed work and issues the invoice. You pay that business directly. We remain responsible for our own referral and data-protection obligations.

FAQ
Does full service mean everything is included?
No. It means the agreed scope is coordinated as a whole. Only the detailed written offer is binding.
Who provides packing materials?
Materials, quantity, delivery and packing work are agreed in advance. They are not included without an explicit agreement.
Can the scope change later?
Yes, when operationally possible. Changes should be agreed in writing before execution because they may affect time, equipment and price.
Who handles a complaint?
Address claims about the performed work directly to your contractual partner. Our own statutory responsibility for referral and data protection remains unaffected. Contacting only us does not automatically preserve deadlines against the partner.
