umzughilfen.de is Alona Yanchenko’s marketing and referral service. We receive enquiries and connect customers with independent partner businesses. We do not carry out moving, transport or assembly work ourselves. The partner identified by its full name and address before you place a binding order provides its own quote, contracts directly with you, performs the agreed work and issues the invoice. You pay that business directly. We remain responsible for our own referral and data-protection obligations.

Can I reserve the date immediately?
A performance contract is concluded only directly with the previously identified partner through its own offer and acceptance process. Our enquiry does not reserve a date or trigger payment for the work.
