Marketing and referral service
Moving services in Hofheim am Taunus. Our referral business is based in Idstein. We consider enquiries for places in Germany roughly within 200–250 km. This does not guarantee availability or describe a partner’s location or departure point; the individual company confirms its route, capacity and feasibility.
Alona Yanchenko operates the referral service at Obergasse 4, 65510 Idstein, Germany. We do not claim additional branches. Partner businesses have their own locations and plan their operations themselves. The partner checks scope, route, access, equipment and availability and provides its own written offer.
Clear responsibility
umzughilfen.de is Alona Yanchenko’s marketing and referral service. We receive enquiries and connect customers with independent partner businesses. We do not carry out moving, transport or assembly work ourselves. The partner identified by its full name and address before you place a binding order provides its own quote, contracts directly with you, performs the agreed work and issues the invoice. You pay that business directly. We remain responsible for our own referral and data-protection obligations.

The partner invoices the work and you pay it directly. Customers pay us no referral fee; any remuneration is agreed separately with the partner.
Address claims about the performed work directly to your contractual partner. Our own statutory responsibility for referral and data protection remains unaffected. Contacting only us does not automatically preserve deadlines against the partner.
